Welcome!
It is our privilege to have you visit us at this web site to share our faith in Jesus Christ as we worship and minister the grace of God at Community Baptist Church. It is always a blessing to share our ministry with others. We believe the good news that God miraculously changes lives. He brings His peace and joy to seemingly impossible situations; forgives all sin and reconciles repentant sinners to Himself through His Son Jesus Christ. Our sincere desire is that you sense the redeeming presence of Christ in our midst as you share in worship with us.
Our Church believes the Bible to be God's inspired holy truth. Therefore, whatever we believe, teach, or do, is because we believe it to be God's revealed will for all His children. We see Christianity not as a "passive religion" but rather as an "active way to daily life". Our goal at CBC is to be pleasing to God by seeking to love and glorify Him in all we are and do. In order to live this active Christian life, we must strive in God's power to be devoted to loving God and our neighbor. Therefore, private and public worship, local and worldwide evangelism, Christ-like love and servanthood are to be regular characteristics of our lives. Thank you again for visiting us via this web site and we pray that your visit with us has been a blessing to you in Jesus' name.
